Day 1 – Sunday, May 17th, 2026
ARRIVE & EXHALE
Let the body land. Let the mind soften.
As you arrive in the peaceful countryside, you’ll be welcomed into a space where nothing is expected of you. The first day is about transition—letting go of the external world, grounding into your body, and connecting with a supportive group of women. A gentle opening circle, grounding practices, and aromatherapy rituals help you begin to unwind the stress response and feel safe to just be.

Day 2 – Monday, May 18th, 2026
RESTORE & REGULATE
Understanding your nervous system and learning how to work with it, not against it.
This day is devoted to exploring the foundations of nervous system healing. Through movement, group sharing, and somatic practices, you’ll learn to recognize stress patterns and begin to cultivate inner safety. You’ll discover tools to calm the vagus nerve, release stored tension, and reconnect with your natural rhythms—supported by breathwork, scent, and presence.

Day 3 – Tuesday, May 19th, 2026
RELEASE & RISE
Emotions that are allowed to move, heal. You don’t need to carry it all anymore.
On this powerful day, we open the space for emotional release and energetic cleansing. With trauma-informed guidance, you’ll explore where stress, grief, or old emotions are held in the body—and lovingly begin to let them go. Aromatherapy blends crafted for emotional support, energy healing, and gentle movement will guide your release, followed by deep rest and integration.

Day 4 – Wednesday, May 20th, 2026
RECONNECT & REMEMBER
Returning to your essence beneath the noise.
As your system clears and softens, Day 4 invites you back into intimacy with your inner world. Through journaling, visualization, intuitive guidance, and stillness practices, you’ll reconnect with your deeper self—the part of you that knows. A sound bath in the evening offers a moment of surrender and vibrational realignment, supporting the nervous system in remembering its natural coherence.

Day 5 – Thursday, May 21st, 2026
RECEIVE & EMBODY
You are safe to shine. You are safe to rest. You are safe to feel good.
This is a day of integration, nourishment, and celebration. With practices focused on feminine embodiment, sensory pleasure, and present-moment joy, you’ll anchor your nervous system in a new baseline of calm and clarity. The group closes with a sacred sharing circle, witnessing each woman in her fullness, her softness, and her renewed connection to herself.

Getting to Domaine des Sept Vallons

Location: 1 rue du Routy Le Château – 02160 Villers-en-Prayères, France
(GPS tip: enter “1 rue Saint Médard” instead. Once there, take the small road “rue du Routy” that opens up between two farm buildings. The entrance to the Domaine is 150 meters ahead on your left, near two parking areas.)

🚗 By Car: We recommend carpooling if possible—it’s often the fastest and most cost-effective way to reach the retreat.

🚆 By Train: There are three train stations located approximately 30–45 minutes from the Domaine:
  • Soissons Station – 30 minutes
  • Reims Ville Station – 30 minutes
  • Champagne-Ardenne TGV Station – 45 minutes
From these stations, you can reach Fismes, the closest town to the retreat:
  • From Reims: take a TER train to Fismes (about 30 minutes)
  • From Soissons: take Bus 540 to Fismes (about 35 minutes)

🚌 Shuttle from Fismes Station: We offer a shuttle service from Fismes station to the Domaine (approx. 12 km away).

Hi, I’m Isabel—and I’ll be your guide for this deeply restorative retreat.
With over 15 years of experience supporting women through emotional healing, energy medicine, and self-discovery, I created this retreat as a sacred pause. A space to breathe again. To let the noise settle. To feel safe in your body and return to the calm that’s already within you.

As a certified psychotherapist (CCC), clinical aromatherapist, Energy Medicine Practitioner, and nervous system-informed coach, I bring a gentle yet grounded approach that blends science and soul. My work is deeply holistic—honoring the body, emotions, and spirit as interconnected pathways to healing.

Throughout our time together, I’ll guide you through daily practices designed to soothe your nervous system, restore your emotional balance, and reconnect you to the strength and softness of your feminine essence. Through breath, movement, scent, sound, silence, and stillness—you’ll remember what it feels like to truly be at home in yourself.

This retreat isn’t about fixing you. It’s about holding space while you remember your wholeness.

Maria is a soulful, intuitive yoga teacher who believes in the power of moving slowly and listening deeply. Her classes are rooted in breath, body awareness, and the gentle unfolding of presence—creating space for nervous system calm and feminine reconnection.

A passionate traveler and founder of a mobile sauna & cold plunge community, Maria weaves together ancient practices and modern rituals to invite balance, resilience, and joy into the body.

At this retreat, she’ll be guiding our daily yoga and evening restorative sessions with softness, intention, and an open heart. Whether you're new to yoga or deeply seasoned, you'll feel supported, seen, and welcomed in her care.

1. Do I need to have yoga experience to join the retreat?
Not at all. This retreat is open to all levels. The yoga and movement sessions are accessible and gently guided—whether you’re a complete beginner or have a regular practice.
2. Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many women come on their own to take time for themselves. This is a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with yourself and meet other like-hearted women in a supportive, welcoming environment.
3. What should I bring?
You’ll receive a detailed packing list after registering. As a general guide, bring comfortable clothes for movement, outdoor shoes, a reusable water bottle, a journal, and a blanket or shawl for relaxation practices.
4. Can I book a private room?
Yes. A limited number of private rooms are available—only 3 private rooms, each with a double bed and private bathroom. Shared room options are also available. You’ll be able to select your preferred room type when you book your retreat spot, and pricing will vary based on the accommodation option you choose. Room selection is first come, first served.
5. What’s included in the retreat price, and how is payment handled?
This is an all-inclusive retreat — your accommodation, meals, and all retreat activities are included in the total price. Once you book your spot and select your room option, we take care of the rest. You won’t need to contact the venue directly.
6. Are the meals vegetarian? Can dietary needs be accommodated?
Yes, meals are vegetarian, organic, and locally sourced. The kitchen can accommodate gluten and lactose intolerances—just let us know in your registration. 
7. Will there be free time or silent moments?
Yes. The schedule includes intentional quiet time each day for rest, journaling, nature walks, or simply being. Silence is honored during certain moments of integration.
8. How do I get to Domaine des Sept Vallons?
You’ll find information in the section called GETTING TO DOMAINE DES SEPT VALLONS above. Once your registration is confirmed, we’ll send detailed directions.
