An intimate women's retreat in Sedona
Maybe nothing is terribly wrong with your life. And yet, somewhere along the way, you've stopped feeling quite like yourself.
The curious part of you. The intuitive part. The woman who felt excited about what might come next.
For four intimate days in Sedona, you'll step away from the noise of everyday life and create space to listen again. Through reflection, meaningful connection, guided inner exploration and the landscape of Sedona itself, Your Next Chapter is an invitation to reconnect with the woman who's already there, and discover what she wants now.
You don't need to reinvent yourself. Maybe you just need enough space to hear yourself again.
It's about reconnecting with the woman who's already there.
Four Days. One Intentional Journey.
The Journey
Each day builds gently upon the one before it, creating space to step away, look inward, reconnect with yourself and begin imagining what comes next.
Day One
ARRIVE
Step out of everyday life.
Settle into our private Sedona retreat home, breathe in the red-rock surroundings and meet the small circle of women who will share this experience with you. We'll begin with an intimate welcome gathering and grounding meditation inspired by the energy of Airport Mesa.
Day Two
REMEMBER
Come back to who you are.
Explore your life mission and some of the patterns that have shaped your story. Through various modalities, such as Human Design, intuitive meditation and shamanic exploration, we'll create space to reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have become quieter along the way.
Day Three
RECLAIM
Reignite your spark.
Bring your discoveries into the present through intuitive exploration and an intentional Sedona vortex experience among the red rocks. We'll close this special day with a celebration dinner, guidance circle, fire and stars.
Day Four
BEGIN
Your next chapter starts here.
Our final morning brings everything together. You'll integrate what you've discovered and leave Sedona with personal reflections, supportive practices and a clearer inner compass for what you want to carry into the chapter ahead.
More Than a Place to Stay
Your Sedona Sanctuary
This isn't simply where we'll sleep.
The retreat home is part of the experience.
Nestled near Airport Mesa and surrounded by Sedona's iconic red-rock landscape, our private retreat home offers something essential to this journey: space.
Space to gather. Space to wander. Space to connect. And space to disappear somewhere quiet with your journal when that's exactly what you need.
Soak. Wander. Journal. Rest.
Look at the stars.
There will be time to actually retreat.
Your retreat. Your rhythm
If you need quiet instead of conversation, take it. If you want to journal while someone else enjoys the hot tub, that's okay too. You'll be invited to participate fully, but you'll also be encouraged to listen to yourself.
Reclaiming your spark begins by remembering
that you're allowed to choose.

Meet Your Retreat FacilitatoR
For more than 20 years, Isabel has accompanied people through periods of change, self-discovery and personal transformation, helping them understand themselves more deeply and reconnect with what feels meaningful and authentic in their lives.
A Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with a master's degree in counselling, Isabel brings together her background in psychology and counselling with more than two decades of exploration and training in holistic and spiritual practices. Her work integrates approaches such as Human Design, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, energy medicine, Reiki, aromatherapy, shamanic practices and guided inner exploration.
She is also the founder of an online school through which she has taught and supported more than 2,000 students, and has facilitated retreats, workshops and immersive experiences in USA, Canada and France.
Isabel's approach is grounded in a simple belief: meaningful transformation doesn't come from becoming someone else. Sometimes it begins by creating enough space to hear yourself again. Her retreats are intentionally intimate, combining meaningful inner exploration with connection, laughter, beautiful surroundings and plenty of room to simply be. Nothing is about forcing a breakthrough or following someone else's version of what your journey should look like.
Your Next Chapter brings these different threads of Isabel's work together in Sedona—creating a space where you can step away from everyday life, reconnect with yourself, explore what may be ready to shift, and listen for what you want to carry into the chapter ahead.
